I have a background in computer engineering, having a bachelor's degree from Middle East Technical University and a master's degree from Cyprus International University.
I'm currently using tools including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS and React for front-end development. Even though I develop mini projects on React and Tailwind CSS, I have a passion for working with CSS and then creating responsive designs with various animations by using HTML, CSS, Javascript and some JS libraries!
Additionally, I commit myself to continuous learning and improving my front-end development skills.
My Resume
This portfolio has been improved for the artist "Hüseyin Arıcı". It is built with HTML5 and Bootstrap.
In this portfolio, all works of the artist are exhibited in detail and the news about him in the press are announced. Individuals who are interested in his work can contact him easily through his portfolio.
Neighborhood App focuses on creating positive interactions in your community and provides to be your neighbors closer. With this app, users can create and join neighborhoods where they can help each other. The purpose of this app is to create a stronger community.
On the landing page of this app, the layout is provided by CSS grid and some Javascript libraries are used such as Swiper JS and ScrollReveal JS. Additionally, I contributed to some components of the project by using CSS and React.
In this project, the GitHub users API is used to pull profile data and display it.
Users can view the optimal layout for the app depending on their device's screen size. They can search for GitHub users by their username and see relevant user information based on their search. They can switch between light and dark themes. Also, the correct color scheme is chosen based on their computer preferences by using localStorage.
This project is built with Javascript libraries such as ScrollReveal and Tiny Slider. CSS grid is used for the layout. Scroll animation is provided with ScrollReveal JS. For the animation of the images and colorful boxes are provided with CSS animation and there is an animated text in the placeholder.
Tiny Slider is used for the slider. Each card on the slider contains color rotation with the conic gradient and tilt animation.
This project includes some Javascript libraries such as GreenSock and Swiper JS. Scrolling animation is provided with GreenSock. While scrolling through the contents on this page, you can enjoy scrolling animation.
In the second section, there is a slider by Swiper JS. Each card is designed as a polaroid. Apart from them, there are some hidden CSS animations from buttons to images.
This is a responsive dashboard with sliders and a built-in music player. Within the music player, you can easily skip songs or play them on a loop. Plus, each song comes with its album cover, and there's a record player effect with a rotating animation. And when you explore the artists, albums, and songs sections, each image has a hover effect. Finally, users can view the optimal layout for the dashboard depending on their device's screen size.
The portfolio is built with a design inspired by macOS. A dock navbar is added to easily navigate between different sections, such as home, projects, testimonials, and contact. The portfolio is responsive, allowing the windows can be enlarged or used in their original size. Furthermore, a responsive slider is used by Swiper JS specifically for demonstrating the testimonials.
Ecem was instrumental in the development of our app. She managed to not only implement the provided design, but to bring her own artistic flair to the table. I'm glad to have had the pleasure to work with such a talented front end developer.
